Warrior Martial Arts (“Warrior,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit our website or reach out to us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our studios in Dunellen, South Plainfield, and Somerset, New Jersey.
When you submit a form on our website — to book an intro class, ask a question, or join a waitlist — we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and a child’s age or program of interest.
We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our site, such as your device type, browser, approximate location, and how you move through our pages. We use analytics tools — including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — that may record general session activity and create heatmaps of how visitors interact with the site. We may also add a Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement.
Microsoft Clarity may capture session recordings and clicks to help us understand how the site is used. We use this to improve the experience, not to identify you personally.
We use the information you share with us to respond to your inquiries, schedule and confirm intro classes, manage enrollment, and keep you informed about your child’s programs.
With your consent, we may also send you marketing messages — by email, text, or phone — about classes, events, and promotions at Warrior Martial Arts. You can opt out of marketing at any time (see “Your Choices” below).
We use automatically-collected analytics data to understand how our site is used, improve our pages, and measure the performance of our advertising.
We share information with trusted service providers who help us run our business. This includes our customer relationship management (CRM) system, GoHighLevel; our member management system, Gymdesk; and the analytics and advertising platforms described above. These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to keep it secure.
We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our students, staff, or community.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and measure how it is used. Analytics and advertising tools may set their own cookies as well.
Most web browsers let you control or disable cookies through your settings. Turning off cookies may affect how some parts of the site function.
We serve families, and many of our programs are for children. Information about a child — such as their name and age — is submitted by a parent or guardian on the child’s behalf.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, please contact us and we will remove it.
You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by replying to a text with STOP. To request that we update or delete your information, email us and we’ll take care of it.
To make any of these requests, email [email protected].
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, and we work with established service providers who maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we treat your information with care.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
