Our Mighty Warriors program is a parent-and-me class designed specifically for toddlers 18 months to 2 years old. In a safe, nurturing environment, your little one will develop basic motor skills, coordination, and listening skills while having a blast on the mats. This is the perfect introduction to movement, discipline, and the Warrior family.
Each 30-minute class is a fun, structured play session where toddlers and their parents move together through age-appropriate martial arts-inspired activities. Classes focus on balance, coordination, and simple commands in a joyful, non-competitive environment.
